After closing our $850K USD pre-seed round this April, we're excited to share that Opennote is officially part of Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch!
Why YC?
It just made sense.
- We wanted mentorship from partners who’ve successfully scaled startups as founders.
- We needed a community of the most ambitious builders on the planet.
- And we craved structure—tight feedback loops, investor readiness, and a push to move fast (the good kind).
What’s next?
- We’re launching a massive campus ambassador, UGC, and micro-influencer program to bring Opennote to students everywhere—on and offline.
- Our new Journals product is going live soon—designed to help students publish, reflect, and own their learning journey.
And we’re doubling down on community—building the strongest network of learners in the world.
